FAQs

What is the flatware made of?
Will the ring turn my finger green?

Your finger can turn green from sterling silver, silver plate, and other metals because of a chemical reaction between the metal and your skin. Copper is usually the reason; it reacts with the pH levels on your skin to create the green color where your skin and the metal meet.

Can real silver turn your finger green?

It is possible, Oxidation (that gives the jewelry an antique look) can cause silver to turn your finger green. It doesn’t matter how high-end your jewelry is, many people can have a sensitivity to it. Even jewelry made of sterling silver or gold can produce discoloration for some people.
